7. Check-In Policy
- Check-In Time: 12:00 Noon
- Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Subject to availability; additional charges may apply
- Valid ID Mandatory: All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID) at check-in. Without ID, check-in will be refused
- Foreign Nationals: Must present a valid Passport with a current India visa. FRRO registration may apply
- Minimum Age: Guests must be 18 years or above to make a booking. Guests below 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge equal to one night's stay
- No Show: Full reservation amount will be charged for no-shows
- Early Departure: No refund for unused nights unless agreed upon at check-in
- Refunds: Processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment source

9. Booking Terms
- All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Room rates are subject to change without notice; the rate at time of confirmation applies
- Bookings are subject to availability
- Hotel Sun View International reserves the right to refuse a reservation at its discretion
- Tariff for banquet or event bookings is governed by a separate agreement/quotation signed at the time of booking
10. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to respect fellow guests, staff, and hotel property
- Smoking is prohibited in all air-conditioned areas and rooms; designated smoking zones are available
- Pets are not permitted inside the hotel premises
- Consumption of alcohol in public areas of the hotel is prohibited
- The hotel management reserves the right to evict any guest for misconduct without refund
- Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay
11. Limitation of Liability
Khattu Hospitality Private Limited and Hotel Sun View International shall not be liable for:
- Loss or theft of cash, jewellery, or valuables not deposited at the front desk
- Damage to personal property in rooms, parking areas, or public spaces
- Any consequential, incidental, or indirect loss arising from your stay or use of our website
- Third-party services including travel arrangements, local transport, or tour operators recommended by the hotel
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.
